WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns on any non SALE item, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, unscented, clean (no deodorant or perfume stains), no rips, pulls or tears. The item needs to have the tag still attached and must be shipped back within seven days of delivery. Once you visit our return center you will be asked to place your order number and email and we will email you a return shipping label to send your products back to our warehouse. You can package the items you are returning in the packaging of your choice. $7.00 will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Return labels are for domestic returns only. Unfortunately we do not offer return labels for international orders.

 
Items will be sent back and buyer charged shipping if items are returned with stains, scents or other signs of wear.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 
We do not offer returns on sale items.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

You will receive a refund, via form of original purchase, along with an e-mail confirmation of refund, within 5-10 business days of receipt. Please keep in mind that the return label shipping cost is deducted from your refund. 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Please note that we do not offer exchanges, but will happily process returns.

SHIPPING


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Standard shipping is $7.00, estimated arrival time 7-10 business days.

USPS Priority shipping is $12, estimated arrival 3-4 business days.

FedEx Overnight shipping is $25. Order must be placed by 12:30pm to guarantee overnight delivery. If an overnight order is received on a weekend or after 12:30pm, it will be shipped as an overnight order on the next business day.

Please note, customs, fees, taxes, etc. vary by state and country of purchase.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! Recipients will be responsible for the price of shipping plus any taxes or customs expenses, as we are unfortunately unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value.” Wukogals is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery.

WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

All orders should be received within 7-10 business days! You should receive a receipt/shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped out.
