Shipping
Standard shipping is $7.00, estimated arrival time 7-10 business days.
USPS Priority shipping is $12, estimated arrival 3-4 business days.
FedEx Overnight shipping is $25. Order must be placed by 12:30pm to guarantee overnight delivery. If an overnight order is received on a weekend or after 12:30pm, it will be shipped as an overnight order on the next business day.
Customs, fees, taxes, etc. vary by state and country of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Recipients will be responsible for the price of shipping plus any taxes or customs expenses, as we are unfortunately unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value.” Wukogals is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery.
When should I receive my package?
All orders should be received within 7-10 business days! You should receive a receipt/shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped out.

Returns
Return Policy: You can return an item as long as it is unworn with the tags still on within seven days of receipt. However, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

For Wukogals returns, $7.00 will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Return labels are for domestic returns only. You will receive e-mail confirmation of refund within 5-10 business days of receipt.
Please note that we do not do exchanges, but will happily process returns.

Note: We are unable to accept and process returns at our pop-up shops.
I am missing an item from my order.
We feel terrible!! Please email us at info@wukogals.com so we can get you your ordered item right away!
I received a damaged item.
Oh no!! We are SO sorry! Please send it back (on us!) at your earliest convenience so we can ship you out a new one as soon as possible! Make sure to include a note in the package stating what happened so we process it properly and put it in a flat rate envelope. We will ship out the new item as soon as the damaged one is returned.
The wrong item or size was sent to me.
Please contact us so we can send you the correct order ASAP! Please send back the shipped item (on us!) at your earliest convenience.
Can I wear my Wukogals dress throughout my pregnancy? Should I get my regular size, or buy a size up?
Yes! Most of our dresses include a size chart to ensure the best fit. Most of our dress styles accommodate a growing baby bump beautifully. The Mara, Aura, Tunic, Circle, Base, Babydoll, Halo, Mila and Shift dresses will usually fit throughout all 40 weeks in addition to our Tube skirts, Flutter shirts and Base Ts. The column will look fantastic well into your pregnancy – but it will be more fitted; it really depends on fit preference. We usually recommend buying your pre-pregnancy size. As an added bonus, if you’ve ordered your regular size you’ll still be able to enjoy it post-baby!
Do you have dresses that are breastfeeding-friendly?
Yes! Some of our dresses have zippers and buttons to accommodate the breastfeeding mamas. If you have any questions about specific styles, please e-mail us at info@wukogals.com.
Are all Wukogals dresses made of the same basic fabric?
Wukogals uses different fabric content and weights on each design and in each season. All fabric content will be listed in the description section of each item. We use fabrics that are sophisticated but undeniably soft and comfortable.
How should the dresses be washed?
Most of our dresses are wash and wear :-). You can machine wash them cold and air dry them. Do not put them in a dryer. Please note, dry-cleaners are not our friends - their harsh chemicals are not great for our fabrics. Specific wash and care directions are listed on each product description.
