What is the return policy? How do I return a dress?

You can return an item as long as it is unworn with the tags still on it within seven days. However, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Once the item is returned, we will refund you for the full amount minus shipping.

Please note that we do not do exchanges, but will happily process returns. Feel free to order the item you would like instead on our website!

 

Do you supply return labels?

At this time, Wukogals does not offer return labels. Customers pay shipping cost.

 

Can I return an item at your pop-up shop?

We are unable to accept and process returns at our pop-up shops. 



What are your shipping options?

We are happy to offer $6 flat rate shipping on all domestic packages, and an option for USPS Priority 2-day shipping for $12. Customs, fees, taxes, etc. vary by state and country of purchase.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Recipients will be responsible for the price of shipping plus any taxes or customs expenses, as we are unfortunately unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value.” Wukogals is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery.



When should I receive my package?

All orders should be received within 5-10 business days! You should receive a receipt when the package is shipped out.


Are Wukogals dresses for sale in any retail stores where I can try them on?


Wukogals does not currently sell in retail stores. However, if you live in the Los Angeles area we invite you to come try on dresses at our headquarters! You can contact us by email at info@wukogals.com or phone (818) 861-7544 to make an appointment.

We also have pop-up shops around the country where you can try on dresses. We will post about those on our Facebook and Instagram pages as they come up.

If you don’t get a chance to try our dresses on, keep in mind that we happily do returns!



Will you be restocking sold out dress styles?

We don’t usually restock sold out dress styles (unless it is one of our basics in a solid), but we are constantly creating beautiful new styles and adding new inventory! Follow us on Instagram and Twitter @wukogals and watch the website for updates.


Can I wear my Wukogals dress throughout my pregnancy? Should I get my regular size, or buy a size up?


Yes! Most of our dress styles accommodate a growing baby bump beautifully. The tunic, swing, and swerve dresses will usually fit throughout all 40 weeks. The column and slim will look fantastic well into your pregnancy – but it will be more fitted; it really depends on fit preference.We usually recommend buying your non-pregnant size. Then, if you’ve ordered your regular size you’ll still be able to enjoy it post-baby!


Do you have dresses that are breastfeeding-friendly?

We have ZIP dresses that can be unzipped from the top, and we have the shirt-dresses and the flow that can be unbuttoned from the top.


Are all Wukogals dresses made of the same basic fabric?

Wukogals uses two different fabric content and weights on each design and in each season. All fabric content will be listed in the description section of each item. We use fabrics that are sophisticated but undeniably soft and comfortable.


Do all your dresses fit the same?


Yoghi and column dresses are a little looser on top and fitted mid thigh through the leg. Tunics, circle, swerve, and breeze dresses are all loose dresses so you can size down if you'd like. The slim dresses are very fitted throughout.


How should the dresses be washed?

All of our dresses are wash and wear :-). You can machine wash them cold and air dry them. Do not put them in a dryer. Please note, dry-cleaners are not our friends- Their harsh chemicals are not great for our fabrics.


I received a damaged item.

Please send it back (on us!) at your earliest convenience so we can ship you out a new one as soon as possible! Make sure to include a note in the package stating what happened so we process it properly.


I am missing an item from my order.

Please e-mail us at info@wukogals.com so we can get you your ordered item right away!


The wrong item or size was sent to me.

Please contact us so we can send you the correct order ASAP! Please send back the shipped item (on us!) at your earliest convenience.


I am having technical issues shopping online!

Please try the following:

- Refresh your browser
- Update your browsers settings
- Try shopping from a different browser

One of those should do it! Contact us if you're still having trouble :)


I’d like to send a Wukogals dress as a gift. Do you offer gift options?

Yes! We make the package extra special. Just leave a note on your order and we’ll gift-wrap it, Wukogals style.


Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We offer e-gift cards on our website.


Can I pre-order an item?

Unless you see an item marked "Pre-Order" on our website, we do not offer a pre-order option. Whatever is for sale is on our website.


Can I feature your dresses on my website/blog/Instagram?
